ATTENTION: Shipping Address and Billing Address MUST match for your order to be processed or else your order will automatically be cancelled. If both do not match during processing time, you will be asked to submit Identification to verify the billing address listed. To prevent cancellations please contact Lexury Experience for further verification instructions to have your order processed successfully.

Shipping time: NON-CUSTOMIZED ORDERS MAY TAKE 1-2 DAYS PROCESSING TIME, AND UP TO 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO DELIVER. CUSTOMIZED ORDERS MAY TAKE 10-14 DAYS PROCESSING TIME AND UP TO 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO DELIVER. ONCE THE SHIPPING HANDLER RECEIVES THE PACKAGE, LEXURY EXPERIENCE HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE SHIPMENT AND AM NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGE. INSURANCE IS PLACED ON EACH ORDER AND YOU MUST CONTACT THE SHIPPING CARRIER FOR REIMBURSEMENTS.

Refund Policy

There are NO REFUNDS unless a certain mistake (damaged item) is made on the end of Lexury Experience.

ALL HAIR ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AS ALL OF LEXURY EXPERIENCE EXTENSIONS ARE CUSTOM AND HANDMADE.

Why are Lexury Experience extensions non-refundable and non-returnable if opened?
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. ALL customized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

Exchange Policy

Lexury Experience, is more than happy to accommodate exchanges for unopened, untampered and unworn items within 10 days of the date received. We only accept exchanges on extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. All Lexury Experience extensions are specifically packaged and sealed with a security seal to identify if the extensions have been taken out of the packaging. The security seals must be intact and all hair extensions must be in its original packaging. If the main package has been opened, the exchange will not be accepted, for sanitary and safety purposes of other customers.

Shipping Return fee IS NOT INCLUDED for exchanges, customer is responsible for all cost of return shipping and return fees. 10 days after your purchase Lexury Experience will not accept any exchanges. 

What if my extensions are defective or have a loose clip?
If the product is defective please send a picture along with a detailed email description and Lexury Experience will gladly help resolve any issues with the appropriate accommodations!
